Bend Plus offers a one-time license fee that grants ownership of the user license. An annual fee of 25% of the current software cost is charged for software updates and support. While annual support is not mandatory, it is highly recommended due to the rapid advancements in technology. Users will retain access to the Bend Plus Software regardless of their support subscription status.

STANDARD & LITE PACKS are software subscription packs which allows the buyer to use the software for one year, from the date of purchase along with the software support & update services online. 

Yes, the first year of annual maintenance is complimentary. From the second year onward, customers can choose whether to continue with Bend Plus support services. A nominal percentage of the software cost is charged for ongoing support, which includes all minor and major updates (excluding add-ons).

For clients outside India, the GST rate is applied at 0%. However, Indian customers are subject to an 18% GST rate.
