We charge for a one time license fee which gives the buyer, an ownership of user license. Every year we charge 25% of current software cost as annual fee for providing software updates & support. We do not force the annual support but its highly recommended as the technology as we know is changing and upgrading rapidly. It makes all sense to keep up with the Bend Plus Software Support & Updates. However we do not block the PRIME pack in any case.

STANDARD & LITE PACKS are software subscription packs which allows the buyer to use the software for one year, from the date of purchase along with the software support & update services online. 

• Yes! The first year`s annual maintenance comes free. Second year onward, customers have a choice whether to continue the Bend Plus support services or not. Bend Plus charges a small percentage of software cost to provide its client round the clock support services. All minor & major updates are available to the client.

After one year, once the software subscription ends, Bend Plus Software. To avoid any issues we will remind you renew the subscriptions in advance.

We do not encourage that and hopefully we will remind you in a month advance for renewal but to answer the question, you do not lose any data, even if the software stops working. Once you renew the service, all your old data will be as it was before.
